  • whats the name and brand of your tom drum heads (top)

    please respond

  • These were Remo Ebony Pinstripes. Currently I'm using Remo Black Suede Emperors..

  • dude, what software do u use to have music in the background like that?

    awesome cover by the way

  • I use Sony Vegas 8.0

    Awesome software! :-)

  • do u put the song with the video, or do u use something else? everytime i try that, it seems to go a little faster than the video

  • I listen to the song with my earphones while playing, using my iPod. At the same time, I record the video with my Handycam and the audio from my drums with my laptop using Sony Acid Studio.

Later, I remove the audio captured with the camera and add the audio recorded with Acid Studio plus the Original song.

While the audio recorded with the mics is in perfect sync with the video, you MUST synchronize the song, specially if you're using an MP3 player to record.

  • Sony Vegas lets you stretch or shrink either the song or your video; usually, my iPod plays the song a little bit slower (About 0.03 seconds slower per minute) so what I do is stretch the video ONE FRAME per minute of song.

    Hope that helps...

    Luis.
