The cooking show for people who live alone in cramped apartments, hosted by an Alton Brown lookalike, reflects on the disgrace brought to all cooking show hosts by the lies of Chef Robert Irvine of Dinner: Impossible. May Good Eats be spared such indignity!

  • They didnt cancel Dinner Impossible because I am watching it right now.

  • If you were typing a comment on this page, you were watching "Food 411 for One." (Thanks!) Just this episode happened to be ABOUT Dinner: Impossible. But I can see why the black T-shirt made you think you were watching Robert Irvine.

  • "...More Pretzels...dry,hard and harp pretzels.

  • HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM the counter part of alton brown is see...............

  • what did he do? i watched the show and there was a bald guy hosting it but i didn't know robert did anything bad..

  • This was pretty funny, but "Dinner:Impossible" wasn't cancelled. Irvine WAS fired, though...he's been replaced by Michael Symon starting the new season, which begins August 20.

  • You would think that Food Network would have investigated his background BEFORE they hired him. They made a similar mistake with one of the contestant on the third season of Next Food Network Stars. What are they doing at Food Network? Such morons, I'll say.

  • Hello sir! I respect your videos and your comments, but please donot insult my intelligence. The episode of the real Robert Irvine was when he was cooking with the Air force that aired last night. So the black tee shirt was irrelevant. I do see that they changed his intro to his program.

  • They decided not to cancel it. They want to continue the series until that season ends. After that they'll decide if they want to keep him or not. Last time I checked they took down Robert Irvine's biography off of the Food Network website.
