  • @12piez Thanks for the comment...yes depending on what partial you are playing will determine where 2nd position should be played for a given note. Good Luck!

  • Is it normal for my left muscles to feel a little strained between me thumb and index finger? I just got my trombone today after also playing Euphonium and I want to try out for jazz band. So far, I feel pretty successful, and all your videos help a lot, but I just want to make sure thats normal ^_^''

  • @KittyChanRawr Hello, I'm sorry this response is so late. Of course your left hand will have to become stronger as you hold the trombone mostly with the left hand. Keep practicing! Sometimes a small weight added on to where the tuning slide is may help the balance and make it a bit easier- good luck!

  • incorrect 3,4,6 off these a 7 th postion and its not as far as ur arm will reach it on place for every trombone player has thr exact same arm length i dont struggle much if at all to get into 7th
