@partyfangwolf Actually no. If you look at the german sheperds tail it's not quite wagging fully. It's a fast small stiff motion. This is a sign of stress. And the dogs look very tense. See, reading a dogs, or any animals body language can help you see what mood an animal might be feeling at the time. And Im learning about wolf and dog behavior right now. I think I did good! And I'm not trying to be mean or anything but I wanna test out what I have learned. :D

Yes, this could be a fight. If you look at the german sherperds tail it is not wagging fully. It's wagging a fast stiff motion. This is a sign of stress. Another sign is lip licking. When there is no food around and its lip licking, this is also another sign of stress. And also, the dogs that are fighting look tense and there ears are pricked forward. I think when a wolf or dog is about to fight (this also goes for hunting), the tail would be sticking straight out like a line. Thanx for posting!

So if i went in and beat the alpha the dogs would follow me?
-
They're fighting over a female, that is in heat. If you know dogs well you can clearly see which dog they follow and gaurd from each other. Once they fight it out and establish dominance then the winner gets to party!!!

The dog with the white belly was yelling for back up

Que crueldade

bark bark bark bark *growling* bark bark bark bark . why does the black dog keep barking
-
just cos their tails are wagging doesn't mean a happy dog. it's just excitement. Excitement and dominance will lead to a fight, however these dogs are fighting because the other black dog is in heat.

I agree with u steve

I like how they wag there tails happily but hate eachother...wait how did i get here on this side of youtube i need to get out of here...
i used to watch the packs of ferrel dogs on the beach in srilanka and found it interesting that with no human interfearance they hardly ever had fights unless another dog oversteped its mark and even then it was more of a warning than a fight, but lots of so called domestic pet dogs will fight as soon as they just see another dog and can never get along with other dogs, proof that if your dog has a problem with other dogs that are passive then your the one that caused you dog to be this way.

@dashdream that's not it ! dogs fight when they see a stranger becuz of territorry not becuz of human interference... since they don't know who's the boss they'll have to sort it out! that's why a newly stray dsog usually fights they encounter other dogs of the same sex. but once they've stablished hierarchy, ands got to know each other they don't have to fight cuz the signaling is clear enough! Hope i've been of help :)
