Is it possible to be neutral in this? Obviously, the police were ignoring the screams "PRESS!!! PRESS!" (and beating up protesters, especially if they were nonviolent seems to elude the point of being a police officer), but the police were just doing their jobs... They do what it takes to keep the population "in line."
Quit complaining and deal with it: Journalism can be a dangerous job.
If I was this young girl, I'd sue the fucking city for every red cent they have. Then after I get my settlement, leave the United States of Aggression forever. Spit on the american flag to before I leave.
