if you do your fiberglassbox for yourself you can do whatever you want with it! that is a really cool side about theese boxes. if youre experienced you can make one yourself in 6 hours with dryingtime. if you get pros to do it for you it will cost your wallet i bit though.:(

@langbeinyo 6 hours?????? ya right!!! if it took 6 hours to build a fiberglass box you would see them everywhere in everyones cars....... theres a reason these boxes are expensive because it takes time and alot of material.... now if you just glassed the fleece and didnt put any matt or bondo on it and just sanded and primered i could see it only taking 6 hrs....

@MrSjakietogh PART 3 ; oh I forgot I had better explain as from Your post You are probably unfamiliar with those acronyms.. db = decibel, spl = sound pressure level. I suggest BEFORE You jump on someone that perhaps a little research would do a world of good this way You don't completely come off as a total dumb-ass....just a small one!!!!!!

@MrSjakietogh PART 2 ; instead of having a "basic" shaped square/rectangle "box" that is carpeted ( generic) using glass allows You to shape,mold design a far out truly one of a kind CUSTOM look. ever see the SECA? hummmm guess not as they are hitting db's AND spl so hard it's ridiculous.

HA HA HA, goes to show just how little You know. these ARE based on 3/4" WOOD coated in several layers of glass allowing for a custom build.

When you do fiberglass is it just resin and fiber glass cloth or is there a hardener you add like when you do bondo?
