Ech, I spend a lot of time in Wakey... It's a great city with nice people, English, Polish, France, everybody. Like everywhere ther is many stupid people to, but I'll remember these nice people, smilly, and helpfull :)

Are people whom likes drinking and people whom likes discover wakefiled or spending time in active way. I recommend Thornes Park or small trip around the Park Lodge Natural Reseve. Is good way to chcek stanley ferries along the river. In my polish opinion Wakefield Cathedral is one of the best in England. Generally Wakefield have a lots of museums (for example Coal Mine museum). Generally people are kind and helpfull.
