This is just a quick video to show Muata, from Mr. Low Body Fat, what type of body weight rows I'll be performing for our challenge. It's nothing special, but I still feel the burn. I felt it the next day too. Try doing 5 minutes straight.

  • Gotta have the bar lower. Aim for 8-12reps. Can't do 8, raise the bar, more than 12? Lower it.
