This dance is called Tokwe and is traditionally danced by young ladies. After the ceremonies they are allowed to meet/date young men. Of course to be married one day!

thanks I have one more question! Ive seen some dances where it looks like their dancing with horse tails in there hand, what it that called? If you dont mind.

there are many dances with this "horse tail". Aji Agbekor, Nagla, ... but i cant tell where it's really coming from.
