1) Winning beats losing.
2) Losing beats getting stomped.
3) Getting stomped beats not playing.

So do you know when this thing is actually coming out?

No clue. It seems to have been commissioned by NAQT, so they'll probably have a pretty hard time selling it to people. I vaguely remember hearing something about PBS, but this was a while back, so I'm left to assume that it never materialized.
