Is this vidéo freaken kidding? An air force WITHOUT fighter jets at all? How can such "corps" be supposed to defend Ireland being bordered by one of the strongest offensive air forces - the Royal Air Force of UK?! With a large number of Brits' fighter jets still remaining in our Northern Ireland, right beside Free Derry, we can NEVER EVER guarantee that the Brits won't one day invade us again!

C'mon, all-mighty Ireland! Get yourself some fighter jets before its too late!

@cedricmeallan As much as I agree with you on needing new fighter jets, there's no chance of Britain invading in the future. Relations have improved significantly and they are our closest trading partner. On top of that we are both members of the EU and Britain or any member would be in big trouble for laying a finger on any other member state

@cedricmeallan Let me make myself clear.Ehem, The british army. they tried to conquer ireland for years now but they couldnt could they.We just gave them the north.gave it they didnt take over it.One guy said that Ireland hasnt got much of an army.And This is a big point.How could "Not Much Of An Army" beat the biggest empire in the world.if we hadnt got "much of an army" we wouldnt have beat you guys.and you have to be with me on that now

@TheTallyGangi i didnt mean now, during the rescession. i wondered why they didnt purchase more helicopters and a few jet trainers during the boom? they did get the six aw139s, the 8 pc-9s. but that was pretty much it. i think they could have done better than that when money was everywhere.
