hopefully ur crown will hold up,i have a crown and they put the metal band on it too..i asked them if it would crack they said it rarely happens..but if it does they replace it and u dont pay anything =)

my metal spacerrs dont look like yours they have a meta thing sticking out on both sides and it cut my tounge

I've heard on a lot of videos that the blues (not the dark, like navy) make the teeth look whiter :)
