I think you can compile it for linux, but SH3 CPU on a 680 is much slower than ARM on a 720.

That good know that is possibile play 3D games on Jornada 720. You know others 3D games compatibles for this platform too(how silent hill(pc) or biohazard? Thanks ^_ª

I am one of guys who port linux on it. Any open source game with reasonable hardware requirements can be made to work on it.

Very cool. I still use my 728 as all of the new UMPC's and mobile devices have terrible thumb input. If Linux could run Windows applications I would be interested in modifying the OS. Right now I just wish a new modern Jornada would be created that ran full windows!
