This is actually not the only time Maokuba calls his brother Kaiba instead of Seto.
He does it again during Battle City int eh episode when Joey and Tea are looking for Yami while he's dueling the Magician.
Mokuba comes to help and he says "Kaiba" instead of Seto. Stupid 4Kids. -.-

@luckyxtrick yeah me too also there was flashback scene during the end of battle city where kaiba and his brother were building a amusement park in the sand and he called it kaiba land - they werent even adopted at the time either.
