Thank you for this video. I am studying to be an Occupational Therapy Assistant student and this helped me to understand mechanical prosthetic arms better. The adapted prehensor is awesome.

Really cool how your hand works, It's really versatile, with a few changes it could be brilliant, can you comment on my suggestions whether you think they could work or if not practical?
1) Have a servo that closes your grip triggered by an action such as tensing your bicep?
2) maybe one tough waterproof motor to act as a wrist, activated by a button on the device? That would be useful for turing keys and many other applications!

@Designandrew All good suggestions. There is currently no powered activation on the unit I use.
