材料:火鍋肉片50克、韓國泡菜150克、軟板豆腐1塊、韭菜3根、櫛瓜100克、洋蔥1/5個、黃豆芽50克、魚板3片、水6OOCC、胡麻油、芝麻
調味料:醬油1/2茶匙、蒜末1/2茶匙、薑末1/2茶匙、太白粉1/2茶匙
醬料:韓式辣椒醬1/2茶匙、鹽1/8茶匙、糖1/4茶匙、醬油1小匙

做法
1.用調味料醃漬肉片,拌勻備用。
2.熱鍋用胡麻油炒香泡菜與泡菜,再將肉片加入鍋中,炒開到肉泛白,加入黃豆芽與水。
3.煮到湯滾再加入剩餘的其他材料,將醬料拌勻之後加入鍋中即可,最後灑上一點芝麻即可。
