@TheUAEmentor you can understand when you feel it.

@TheUAEmentor the chinese believe that chi or (ki)in japanese is a special energy that travels through the nervous system..personally i don't believe in it id rather believe that it's simply perfected techniques that have taken years to master,In my opinion energy is energy and travels throughout the whole body there is no elusive special storage of energy incidently the chinese also believe that jade is the congealed semen of dragons..i prefer science myself.

@TheUAEmentor it's a mystical energy that surrounds us and binds us..
or for the thinking person, it's a bunch of hokum designed to co-opt your common sense and extort the money you have earned in order to propagate a semi-religious "enlightened" point of view. It's magical thinking.

@99XM There's nothing magic about ki. It's as natural as breathing.

can anyone tell me what is the Ki ?
and in what i can use it ?

@TheUAEmentor, that's difficult to answer in a few words. Ki (qi or chi) is an old Eastern concept of a life energy, linked to breath - sort of like prana in India, pneuma in Classical Greece, spiritus in Latin, and so on.
There are many traditional health systems where the idea of ki is used in order to promote health and well-being. In the martial arts it is used to intensify power and ability.

@DigitalKeiko, I am very glad to learn that my simple exercise has done some good. That's what it was intended for. Nothing fancy.
