  • @nopeno98 Yah, After following that diet program, me and my girlfriend loss weight. We were so shocked, because we never liked any internet diet methods. But now we are really grateful for the site WeightLossAction.Info.

  • Oh hai! Have you tried intellectus 424 diet (search on google)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my sister lost lots of weight with it.

  • considering the world record for 300 metres is more then 30 seconds you are talking out of your arse....

  • can you make a video to lose lovehandles

  • Please someone explain me what "progressive cardio" is? Is that HIIT?

  • running 250-300 metres in 30 seconds ? considering the world record for 300 metres is more then 30 seconds you are talking out of your arse....

  • just had a little question, peter...you keep instructing in the workouts (i'm in your workout club) to do progressive cardio as part of the warm-up...could you clarify what you mean by "progressive" cardio? i'm not very clear about that...i take it that it is not the same as HIIT? it would be highly appreciated if you could respond promptly, because i am almost into my 2nd week now

  • hi peter...in the morning i usually feel a bit slow and a little low on energy...so it's a bit difficult for me to do any high-intensity training during that time...in fact, i find it hard to even jog...this is not because i am overweight or fat or anything like that (far from it), but i just feel weak...so i try to walk between 20 and 60 minutes...do you think that's enough for my morning routine when complemented with a few stretches? i also do intense evening work-outs on every other day

  • Man you know your stuff....thanks really useful information.

  • @Brown7 good one (SARCASM)
