Not sure but this is much more Shibuya Kei than anything Nakata has done recently. Capsule cut off the majority of their shibuya kei roots with Fruits Clipper, this is more in line with Pizzicato Five, Cymbals, Flipper's Guitar et al.

Ehhhhh, her voice is too whispery. And this is being a fan of Aira Mitsuki, MEG, Capsule, the whole lot. This just doesn't grab me at all.
