Modern Warfare 3 Perks Pt. 2 - What perks should MW3 have?

I think u should put flak jacket in slot 1. I think scavenger pro should be same as MW2 becuz having to trade out my scar h for a different weapon annoys me. For scavenger same as MW2 but put a limit on claymores and absolutely no noob tube scavenging!

what there should be is a kill streak like the tactical nuked but were if ur team has a nuke to u can cancle the nuke out or a perk that will let i be totaly invisable to the players eyes but only in prone and u can only be in prone for a good amount of time and for pro it will make it to were if u can in a harrir no one can shot it down when it is coming in
