Myself at the flying field putting my U-Can-Do .60 with a .91 through its paces. Great plane and handles very well on hovering.

  • i think i was using a 16x5 or 15x5 apc. the wide blade with less pitch would probably have worked a lot better.

  • yeah its good for practising 3d manouvers just to gett he confidence, then step them up onto my precision model. bought another u can do last week and bought a yak 54 this week too hehe. got some building to be done :)

  • indeed, the u can do really likes to lock into stable hovers. i found it a bit difficult to torque roll while its in a hover tho, im not sure if it was because of my setup or not. ive always wanted a yak, the ones ive flown at fields and on the simulators really handle nicely. be sure to post some videos or something when you get them up and flying.

  • haha yeah i saw you doing that :p what club are you in? im going to put this 91 of in the leo and then ill buy another u can do at xmas and show ya what i can do with 3d arms haha. ill subscribe to ya later on matey

  • haha, sorry for the late responce. that sounds pretty cool, the u can do is always a good bird to have. im in the rccr here in ny.

  • hey algae nice one, had the same troubles as you with my 91 fx. prop hangin in massive wind, engine stalled and i just wrote if off. might get another at christmas not sure yet. going to get my leo 110 off the building board with my engine and see how that handles. did you have 3d arms on your servos? if you dont, get them on :p

  • thank you for checkin out my vid. i think part of the problems ive been having with my engine is due to breaking it in improperly (it was my first nitro engine), most of the time hovering it would just bog down over time until i couldnt fly out of it stalled.

seems like the 91fx should be good for the leo, be sure to get video! :D

i dont think they were actually 3d arms, i was using heavy duty long arms by dubro or jr. never had a broken arm or servo for all the times i landed on the tail haha

  • hi there, i have a satio fa 100... will it do 3d on a 60 size plane? ..

  • Dud, What prop are you using? 15x4W or 13x8?

  • .60 or giant?

cuz i dunno it looks kinda big for a u can do 60.

  • nah mate the u can do doesnt torque roll very well. mine flops out after 1 or 2 rolls so i dont bother :p. yeah i will get a vid done of the yak after i have finished it. its the 30 size, going to get the 50 sized next.
