Filmed in slow motion for a more detailed cycling action view w/ birdshots. Benelli M4 ran flawless with all the birdshots I've ran thru it, including both 8 & 7.5 Federal birdshots. The Saiga 12 was a bit more picky, having random FTE every now and then. But it did ultimately cycle all the shells.

  • hey man good too see the slow mo's its interesting to SEE how low brass performs as thats what most people would normally use for defense as in whatever the hell they have on hand. having shot both how would you rate the spx930 vs the M4, objective opinion as i have known the spx models to digest anything you feed them

  • @Blackthorne1129 Just to be clear, there is no 930SPX in this video. With that being said, I have shot the 930SPX before. It's unfair to compare the 930 to the M4, seeing the big price difference and all. I have heard that the 930 cycles birdshots no problem. But that wasn't the case when I shot one. It had problems cycling every different type of loads of birdshots I fed it. So speaking from personal experience, im not too impressed with the 930SPX. The M4 has been flawless from the very start.

  • O.k. I'm throwing up the bull shit flag...I think I have a right to being as I am a Saiga 12 owner..It is a known fact that The saiga 12 in Manufactured in Russia where they dont have low brass. and they were buit on a high brass platform..Why was this video not shot with high brass?Never the less the saiga12 can be easily tuned to run the low bras very well. And I may mention for the sake of a potential saiga12 owners that s12 has MANY companies making parts for it and 4 fire power its KING!

  • @runninonempiy This video was made to show how both platforms cycle birdshots. This has nothing to do with how they perform with higher powered shells which they're made for, like buckshots. Cuz I can tell you from 1st hand that both platforms perform flawless with them. But like me, most semi-auto shotgunners would like to know how certain makes and models of shotguns perform using low powered birdshots. That's the sole purpose of this video. I do like both shotguns. They both get the job done.

  • put your shoulder into that thing it shouldnt fail

  • Saiga sucks. I bought one, shot it once and then threw it back in the box and away in the garage. You get what u pay for

  • prefer the m2

  • @dragon281tx What kind of gloves?

  • Def no spx just noticed you had one in another video. Good info though...keep up the posts

  • @dragon281tx This was either the older molel with the two holes in the barrel under the gad port or it was not broken in yet..I Have a 2009 with three holes ,no modifications and Mine cycles #8 Winchester(the lightest loads made)Perfectly..It did not when I first got it But after 125 rounds of #4 through it Then it stared cycling #8's just fine..I just dont want some one that does a search on YOUtuce for saiga 12 and get scared away from one of the finest shot guns ever made.
