Hey everyone just updating. I have really filled up nicely and have a lot of new muscle I didn't before the show. My calipers are reading 5% chest 4mm, Abdomen 6 mm, and thigh 5 mm. I measured 3 times each site. I am holding some water so looking a little smooth but I have definitely gained some muscle. My legs and arms are vascular as all get out right now. I am actually about 197 here because I have eaten all day. A low carb meal tonight with asparugus and some more water and I should drop the sub q water and look great tomorrow. Will update tomorrow.

  • I did a small cycle 17 years ago. Didn't work out well for me. Didn't know about PCT and other stuff. This was all natural except for that. I did try a ProHormone just recently. I gained some good size but most of it is gone. Not totally sure it was worth it or not. I will tell you in another month. Most of this was super compensation from the severe diet and then pigging out for 10 days. I couldn't hold onto it was lots of glycogen. I should be about 190-192 and 7% when I diet down from here.

  • Yeah it did. I am working my way back to that condition now. Amazing how swollen up the body gets after a show. I was sad when some of it went back down due to having to take sometime off of training for injury recovery. I am 195 now, and close to same bodyfat.

  • Good job! Keep it up. I would try at your build is a lean 205lbs I'm sure you already know that.

  • Yeah I am looking for about 200 or so at 8%. I would like to compete between 185 and 190, I dont want too much bigger. I dont want to lose my aesthetics.

  • What do you eat most days. I'm on a home training program using mostly calisthenics for now. I just wanna know what your intake is daily. I want to gain, but I cant eat too much of whatever. And also, what do you use for supplements?

  • I put up a review of my log a while back which details my supplement stack. When dieting for cuts I stick around a 50% protien 25 carb and 25 fat and adjust my calories according to the mirror or calipers. Off season is about 40 protien 30 for both carbs and fat.
