why do you think you can play hero and try to help everyone why don't you let us who want to kill ourselves just do it. there is nothing out there in todays world that will help me i have tried EVERYTHING

gREAT WORK DUDE!. I've been battling depression for years and the frequency of thinking suicide has been so intense this year. I've been writing on my notebook, just pouring out my feelings. This vid HELPS. There's nobody in this fucking house I can ask help.

I suffered from anxiety depression and anger issues added to a drinking problem made for a real roller coaster of a life. I had married and had two boys and was still not much better and started to suffer some health problems related to the drinking which was my way of coping. I finally decided to become more proactive instead of reactive to everything in my life. I needed help badly so i literally turned everything over to Jesus. All my faith all my hope all my confidence everything. It works.

I lost a kid my wife and pretty much everything I cared about. The gun in my hand the knife at my wrist but something kept telling me its not my time its not the end keep moving keep living even if u love is gone the memories are still there.Remember the good and forget the bad and open ur heart to the world again cause even in the darkness u can find the light regardless of the times.
