i think he should be allowed a pistol/sidearm if there is a danger of bears, but not allowed to use on the show otherwise, ya never know what could happen...

why didnt he use the glass bottle for water instead of smashing it to try and make a hook when i he already had a net?

if he wouldve simply brought a fishing kit.. just a line and some decent hooks that wouldve made all the difference in the world because a good sized salamon could feed one person for about a week and were talking survival here not shoving food down ur throat so if you catch two you'd be ok for awhile.

never waste a container like that. make a hook from wood or some metal you find or build a tidal trap pile rocks up in a large circleand bait it when the tide comes in so do the fish and other creatures when the tide goes out there stuck there pick and eat.i dont think its us bears are afraid of but another bipedial being walking the land

@4veteran his crew always go back to all the campsites to clean up,,he makes many references in many episodes about the cleanup crew ,and u probably create more polution in a day then he does in a week .
