Target Stores Anti-Union Propaganda

Do people not see the conflict of interest a corporation has in telling you this when you're hired?
Furthermore, does a person getting hired at a low-wage retail job really give a good goddamn if Target does better than Wal-Mart across the street? No, and they shouldn't.
People have no idea of class consciousness, they identify with the business for their own ego.

LMAO

If a target employee union does form (its happend multiple times recently). They just simply close the target store in the area (its happend everytime a union has formed). insted of having to deal with a union and those pesky employee rights.
-
no wonder why the employees treat customers so bad.try calling their offshore customer service if you can understand their english your a better translator than i am.
-
The VP in the Union that I got stuck in was even related to the HR Rep which also made it all to more untrusting of the Union reps.

I worked in a Factory for 2 years and the Union did nothing but protect anyone who was not an ass kisser. The Union Presadent did nothing to represent the workers. The Vice Presadent ran the union like it was a fucking Army he sold out to the company. If you were not related or a friend of the VP or the Presadent they did little to defend the emploees. The stewards and Greevence people did little to help out as well with any issues. I found that the more money I made the more in dues they took.

@carynstl Wow. I've never heard that insult before. I'm neither a retard nor wear diapers. My screen name, like the vast majority of computer screen names, is a joke....like your politics. Have a nice day. :-D Oh, before I forget....thanks for proving my point you fuckin' jackwagon.

@PampersPete: Seriously? That is why it is called collective bargaining you fucking retarded boy who wears diapers....

@TrafalgarZero How can we trust corporations not to take advantage of Americans in this lousy economy? (A question I'm sure you'll duck)
-
@TrafalgarZero Is there any proof that right to work states have a better economy? I doubt you'll find any study saying that.
It sounds like you're making the point that Unions need to return to their roots. Because corporate greed is a very huge problem in the US right now, and we need checks and balances.
Your failure to admit there's massive amounts of corporate greed out there, will prove you're on the side of the corporatsits and not with the American people. So you'll ignore this.
Yup Target workers, you don't need workplace protections. Lose a finger on the job because of faulty equipment and report it to OSHA? Your fired! Don't like not getting paid for hours you actually worked and report it? Your fired!
The anti-union ignorance I see and hear from people every day just outlines the careless stupidity in ignoring the history of labor in this country.
