I do not own any copyrights. Zetman opening song "Dots and Lines" by You Hitoto & Mummy-D. Zetman is a manga series by Masakazu Katsura, animated by TMS Entertainment.

"The story starts off with a face-off between two rival heroes, ZET and Alphasz, and then traces their origins - Jin Kanzaki, a young man with the ability to transform into a superhuman being known as ZET, and Kouga Amagi, a young man with a strong sense of justice who uses technology to fight as Alphasz.

The fates of these two men and those around them intertwine as they fight to protect mankind and destroy monstrous abominations known as Players, who ironically are the creations of the Amagi Corporation, the company founded by Kouga's grandfather, Mitsugai Amagi."

    I'll be straight up: Zetman could have been this generation's Guyver, but due to the production company looking to play it safe rather than taking artistic risks to keep the show true to the original story, it became one of the most lackluster things I've ever seen. Zetman the anime sucked, not because it was bad, but because it had the potential to be great but that potential was squandered.

    What ever happened to the discovery of N.E.T. ? Do I smell further manga explanation? It's been great so far, but the anime seems a bit lopped off. They don't really skimp on the action much, though. I'm just not really a fan of some of the changes.
