In 1973 The Haverhill City Hall was torn down. I was there shooting it with my old super eight movie camera. Recently I have had the film transferred to video and used it as a pretext for some musings., Enjoy.

  • Enjoyed your video. However, regarding your comment that the old clock salvaged from City Hall would eventually be forgotten and lost: the clock and bell were finally installed in the clock tower of the new Haverhill Public Library in 1997, 24 years after demolition of City Hall. The bell had been displayed in the lobby of new City Hall (old HHS) while the clock had been stored at the Park Dept Barn at Winnekenni Park since the 1973 demolition of the old City Hall
