I just came into one of these (inherited it from my great-grandfather) and I'm working on spiffing it up. I'm completely new to typewriters, but I'm excited to figure out the ins and outs of my khm. Any tips for dis assembly and cleaning?

Wow! Shiny! Nice! That is one good looking typewriter. I would like to buy a Royal KHM and this video makes me want one even more. btw I am also a teen who loves typewriters.

Very nice Royal KHM!! Practically looks brand new and types very nicely.

Great machine! and the key response is very quick. You can type very fast with one of these. I have two of them, one with an 18 inch carriage and don't regret buying them in the least!

@Morahman7vnNo2 Try a few antique shops around your area and flea markets. I got this one for $50 and my KMM for $30.
