  • The search for and trust in authority figures to tell us what do think or do is bizarre.

Meredith Whitney is smart and interesting because she is an independent thinker. The interviewer thinks we are all so stupid that you need to be told what do do and do not need to understand why or how she comes to her conclusions.

  • Shes the smartest around

  • she's jbl's wife, hence she must be right.

  • @BettorOffSingle what a pity

  • Notice the asymmetrical features on her face. It's like someone put a funny mirror inside her head to totally fuck up her features. Maybe Bradshaw's eyesight is bad?

  • She's married to that idiot wrestler BRADSHAW.

Pity the man. He could have gotten ten times prettier.

  • @traynickel Don't forget:

    PRETTY WOMEN ARE RECESSION PROOF.

Merredith Whitney, to have the career she has had, would have had to look the other way regarding all the crimes those on the street commit (sexual harassment, discrimination, etc.).

I mean saying you made it to the top on Wall Street in 2009 is like saying you made Hitler's inner circle in 1944. Whitney may think she's nice, but she's in a pond of pure evil. She can't emerge clean from that.

  • I saw it coming before ALL of you.

Why? I knew something was wrong:

THEY WERE LENDING MONEY TO *ME." Oh sure, I INTENDED to pay it back.

Then Cap One sued me for 15k in CC debt. After two delays (one theirs), they realized I was actually going to go to trial, and argue that the debt was unenforceable due to their "contributory negligence." Why were they negligent? THEY LOANED MONEY TO *ME.*

Cap One pulled the lawsuit and it's now time-barred.

  • Nonsense. Paul Krugman saw this one coming from late 2004. Cheap money combined with low paying unskilled labor jobs, stagnant wages in the face of a massive inflation bubble created the perfect storm to speak. She is a one hit wonder and a tool of Wall Street. She is calling for cutting public debt and opposes any regulation of the market. Get her off the tv now.

  • This is the woman that said right before Lehman's collapse:

"Lehman is business. So to think that Lehman will go out of business is a stretch."

    Ouch!
