@Drblooter99 Yes, Flash may be the fastest man alive...but, his punches would be like mosquito bites to Juggs. And, once Juggs starts running they would not be able to block him. Technically EVERY move by Juggs should be unblockable.

@DarkBioCloud Eh... Crossovers between the universe exist on assumptions about both. Sure, the speed force is probably the most hack powerset of any hero, even superman and his billion powers, but to assume the speed force can drain the power of Cyttorak is to assume one universe power force usurps another. I wouldn't want to just state one way or the other which character would beat whom though most of the time its obvious dc's characters would simple on power level alone.
