@LynnStrauch Hi Lynn! it's my own video, i've also uploaded it to my hostgator files..but i don't even know how to access those. so, i tried the way you've shown in this video and ended up with this disappointing result. as a matter of fact, for some reason, after trying it to no avail, now my "preview changes" button no longer functions in my page edit area.? thanks for your time!

Hi, Are you trying to embed your own video or a youtube video? If it is a youtube video, that is a bit different. There is a video on how to do that on here if that is the case.
