If a Titor prediction is proved false, then they claim it's because his universe is a certain % different than ours, and that gives them a way out.

The only problem is apparently this guy doesn't know that a sex change operation doesn't actually make you into the other sex, its only cosmetic, it only makes you LOOK like the opposite sex. (and even with that it fails, man those operations are fucked)
Even if they could somehow graft someone else's balls onto a woman, if she went back in time she would be impregnating herself with someone else's seed.
