It isnt that rough, certainly not terribly rough!! These really do work. I was amazed when I made mine. Mine is just the simple pop can furnace with a 100cfm pc fan (cooler master turbine 1800). Cranks out really great heat in direct sun and good warm air in marginal sunshine. How many degree difference do you get with yours?
Looks really good, lots of great ideas in here. How did it work out last winter?? Any changes for this winter? Have you made any more, and if so, what did you do differently? Could you tell if it in fact did reduce your heating costs, or, simply make living in a cold climate a little more livable?
These must have been aluminum gutters, right, certainly not vinyl, yes?
Wow it looks pretty efficient!! Congrats!! I just wonder if it works under winter cloudy days (no snow at all).
