As a CASEVAC Fleet Marine Force Combat Corpsman and Iraq vet attached to II Marines I ask this question. Do you know ow to USE this medical equipment? I see you have Xylocaine/Lidocaine 2%. Do you know where to and NOT TO use that? Do you know why it has a red top?

@TexasLibertyMan Thank you for your service to our country. Let me first say, I need to learn more in the emergency medical field. I do know 1st aid basics and have been collecting and reading much on the subject. The Xylocaine/Lidocaine 2%, were and were not to use it question, Yes. The red top on the bottle means that it contains epinephrine. Let me make my self clear on this video. It shows what Im doing and is not a traing video.Thank you for your concern on this matter...

I make my own Lydocaine, I use one part Peruvian cocaine, Two part Arkansas Meth, with just a pince of Mexican Angle dust.... lol......jk

First Off a big HAPPY HOLIDAYS to the FUBAR Clan. Have a great weekend.!! Being able to actually see your Med Supplies is a Huge HUGE Benefit. This is why Medic "Rolls" and "STOMP" packs that Blackhawk and others are getting so much attention. I have two of the US Army #17 Big Bags, 2 of the #3 or M3 Bag like you showed and the M5 Paratroop Jumpable Bag. They are all great and have benfits. But except for the M5 you cannot see the gear. I like that triple box setup. Real good idea.
