I thought you rode very well, the jumping and xcountry was beautiful, you were hanging in his mouth a little bit, but with a hot horse (trust me know ALL about crazy horses) its all you can do.
Some small things for the dressage - you are stiff in shoulder and elbow which causes fussiness with your hands, relax your elbows it will allow your hands to stay in the same place. Also putting more weight in your heels will keep leg from swinging and anchor your calf on your horse.
