THIS IS FALSE. My husband was a danger to himself, me and everyone on the ward in his last days. I GAVE PERMISSION for him to be restrained, for his safety. And the next morning, the RNs were forced to remove him by hospital administration due to the posibility of lawsuit.

I happen to work in in-patient mental health (locked psych wards) and I will tell you that, on average, I'd say at least 80% of our patients are actually VOLUNTARY..... this video is just ludicrous on SO many levels! :p
