Send a trustworthy person your information [name addy etc] eg: Mark, Tory, SOMEONE PUBLICLY OBVIOUS so they can list you as a missing person if COS RPF's you.
You could send a letter to them stating that if you do not contact them within X timeframe they are to call the FBI.
I know you might have family you will have to leave behind but if you have no life or mind left--how will you help anyone?
