  • your form looks real good the first 2 but then you start putting more of your back into it, turning it into GMs. mad props for going Ass to the Grass though. keep lifting.

  • thanks, i know what you mean. Lately i have been addressing the forward lean by improving my quad strength, so that i dont rely on PC strength so much to "good morning" the weight up.

  • There is no perfect form IMO. People have different forms depending on their balance. Look at victor martinez's squat, his back is at a very low angle but look at his legs. As long as you feel it in your legs and slightly on your back then you are doing it right.

    If you are a bodybuilder then your legs size and definition on stage are going to speak of how good your training is. If you are a powerlifter then that squat is easily going to pass.

  • Good depth but lead with your ass, stick it out first and keep it back while having a slight arch in your back and this will also help keep your knees back

  • Hey man, I'm worried about those reps near the end, because it looks like your about to fall off and stack it. I'm not trying to take away from how much your lifting.

  • probs for the depth bro but you are kind of good morning the weight up. no one is taking away from your lifts, the whole point of posting vids here is to recieve constructive critism. Also it looks like your about to fall backwards when you are in the hole.
