The reason Iran is being targeted & conflict continues in the middle east is because of the 1916 British & French Sykes-Picot agreement. This Agreement handed over control of Syria, Lebanon & Turkish Cilicia to the French. Palestine, Jordan & areas around the Persian Gulf & Baghdad to the British.
