  • @whatasite i have an iphone and i don't know how to set a rule to remind me of a date every day before the actual date thanks

  • @imz1786 I use an email notification system with my iphone. I get an email about upcoming events in my calendar.

  • At @4:20 you specifically state that the user can "insert the *GMail* accounts for all of your members". First off, I do believe that these are GMail *addresses*, but apart from that...can this only be done if the members have a GMail account?

  • @YTMrVulcan I found issues with using email accounts that were not gmail accounts. It was fast to setup the gmail accounts and just configure an email forwarder to the real email addresses for each person. This issue maybe corrected now but this is the way we fixed it.

  • what is your place to view your go ogle calendar? (for example: with a tool, in gmail, igo ogle) I find it takes quite some time to go to google . com/calendar when I want to quickly create a task or appointment or just to view what I should do right now.

  • @discy12345 When you login your gmail, you will notice a link located at the upper left corner of the screen. It is right next to the word Gmail, all the best, Kevin

  • @eliados2020

Yes, you can do it automatically.

Go to Settings > Calendar Settings > Calendars > Browse Interesting Calendars (it's on the right hand side of the page below your main calendars, but above any calendars you've subscribed to by other people or organizations).

After going here, click on the "More" tab and Subscribe to "Contacts' birthdays and events".
