Sniping in Black Ops

Call of Duty: Black Ops gameplay here. Contrary to popular belief, I still exist. This is a gameplay just featuring the L96A1. Sniping is rather difficult in this game; you cannot quickscope whatsoever, as the sniper sways for 2-3 seconds upon zoom-in. Also, the hitboxes are much smaller than typical CoD snipers (Intervention, M40A3, etc,), so drag scoping and the like is difficult.

I'll update this description with scores and class setups and whatnot later. I'm too old to do this stuff at 3 AM.

@clawbear I believe they were Ghost, Hardened, and Hacker. I meant to update my description, but never got around to it.

I would recommend Ghost almost all the time, being that if you're seen in this game with a sniper, you'll almost always die. However, Flak Jacket could be invaluable if you are being rushed.

Hardened is excellent for shooting through walls, and I really don't recommend Steady Aim.

Hacker is excellent for shooting things through walls, but Marathon can help relocate easily.
