This gun is called a 'Area Denial Weapon System'.Made by a company called, appropratly,Metal Storm. Its ment to side-step the convention on mine use.It works by firing upto 6000 rounds per minuite at what ever it computer detects. Mmmmm....nice idea. Why do people think these things up?Scares the hell out of me.

  • @rootbeer1754 Imagine that monster on a sentry gun!!!!

  • @rootbeer1754 it is Infinity Ward.

  • Same thing as a sentry gun?

  • Metal storm has many different types an applications. There is one version for navel ships rated at a cyclic rate of 1000000 rounds per minute.

  • An australian invented metal storm. Its base was or still is in brisbane.

  • @rootbeer1754 activision publishes the game they dont develop it

  • whats realy kewl is...no shell caseings...german ww2 teck...where the bullet itself if poudered/dipped/coated and is then struck lick a match for ignition...this however uses electrik energy flow for the ignition sourse very fn kewl...im curiouse about hand held...and the clips or magazenes.....sighned...not a gun guy

  • @chrthiel Well, if you don't care about spreading misleading information, is there any point in continuing this conversation?

When people say rate of fire, they are almost inevitably complete nitwits who aren't even familiar with the concept of cyclic rate of fire, much less any other rate of fire.

  • @SAsgarters

So? Where you in any way in doubt about which measurement we were talking about?

When people say rate of fire they almost inevitably mean cyclic rate of fire.
