WARNING: IF YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED IN MY LIFE DON'T WATCH THIS VID.
This vid is made for purely informing reasons and is not entertaining in any kind of way.
Do NOT watch if you seek entertainment.

Internet slang could be -rant-, but I prefer to call it a confession.

I'm sharing my story with the world.
You know, my parents were really lost on what to do with me when I had my addiction, so maybe this story can help out other parents...

Computer Addiction isn't harmful to the body, it's harmful to the mind over certain periods of time.
What happens is, the computer slowly starts becoming the most important thing in your life over time.
The harmful part is, you only develop writing, creative, typing and gaming skills, and forget about the world around you. Aside from school you only spend time in your room, you don't even watch tv anymore, you do that on your PC.
PC PC PC PC PCCC PEEEESEEEEEE!!!!
Wait.. why am I writing what I rant about in my confession? Go watch the vid!

Basically, computers are like alcohol. A drink is fine, just don't let it control your life.

  • Wow i love watching your videos it really informs me about your interesting life so how are you now?

  • @MrMigo626 dropped out of school and jobless, and in need of a therapist for both my mental and physical condition. Not so good. But already at least 50% better than I was 5 months ago thank you :)

  • My comments aren't to condemn. Controlling whether a child uses a computer or tv or game system inside of their house is not parental dictatorship as the child is not an adult. The child doesn't have adult rights and the child doesn't have practically any responsibilities, so and adult showing what responsibilities are is a good example. To be honest I was left to my own devices as well online as a kid too, I went through the same deal. I played Doom 2 and the Quake games far too much!

  • @904PinballZine still, i believe when a girl is 15 she should be given more responsibility and freedom such as deciding what she wants to spend her time doing, even if it means being on her pc all her spare time. In medieval times girls got pregant at that age. As for boys, they tend to be two years behind on girls maturing-wise, but they are more aggresive in claiming freedom than girls. If you want to make a teenager miserable, be a strict parent and control how they spend their free time.

  • i have had the same life....

  • I'm happy my parents didn't force me away from my PC, sure, I had a bad addiction, and yes, I've become a little socially disturbed. Nothing that a good psychologist can't help me retrieve. Parents shouldn't control their childrens lives and decide how they live, that's plain parental dictatorship.

  • @904PinballZine my parents have been great, and always nagging me on how I spent too much time on the pc, they warned me countless of times really. They just respected my own decisions from when i was 15, al my brothers and sisters were out trying cigarettes, alcohol, drugs by that age, at least inside I was safe from all of that and I think my parents knew all too well. They just kept telling me I should call my friends and meet with them, and stop spending so much time on the pc every day.

  • She really is not to blame. You can't blame a child for being consumed by what they are curious about. Parents if not child like themselves will have the consciousness to discern the difference between healthy time in the world over unhealthy time locked up in a room for hours on end for days on end. Its not really sad, its just bad parenting. You can't blame the parents completely many times as their parents probably left them to their own devices when they grew up too. The cycle continues
