I wanted to do an anti-war video on the current war in Iraq, but with a slightly surreal look and feel to it. I hope I succeeded.
The music is by the group Spirit, the song "Mechanical World."

nice work. I am surprised our current involvement in the middle east doesnt spark the deep criticism as in the viet-nam days, the difference may be with the draft situation. Spirit one of the finest bands ever, and hope some day there will be a movie made about the life and times of the band with Randy California.

Good marriage of visual and audio. Can't see a divorce anytime soon though.
GREAT mournful tune. Used to think it was The Doors, note the line, "Somebody tell my father, I died", is a ringer for Morrison. The keys recall Manzarek, too.

cool song, first heard it in 68 or 69 as a child, I like how that even though you are against the war you just let the video and images speak for themselves, no added comment except at the end. good job.

Spirit is an excellent group. Songs such as this one are timeless. Thanks for the comments. I felt the song was more than enough comment on the video tour. Thank you for seeing my vision as well.
