You wasted your time making this video. He put on his official Facebook page at the beginning of August that he's already endorsed Ron Paul for the Presidency, and that he would not be making any other endorsements.

No, no third party was an option. With this Presidential election there are better options and I think Romney is virtually the same as Obama, neither better or worse, only difference is Romney has the potential to be in office twice as long. Ron Paul will not endorse Romney and I've already explained why I am upset with Rand. It has been nice chatting with you and I appreciate the link but think we will have to agree to disagree on this. At least we both support Ron Paul and his message.

so your saying that since no third party has any chance of winning, not only will you vote for Romney who's platform has at least some of our influence, but also you believe its what Ron Paul would do. and you're mad at Rand why?

Picking the lesser of two evils when there truly is no other choice is not going along to get along; it's trying to make the best of a bad situation.

so Ron picked the lesser of 2 evils, he went along to get along... he always had no problem being the only "no" vote hence his nickname dr. no, and in the speaker of the house vote he could have been the only "abstain", what a powerful message that could have sent! but all the sudden he, dare i say, compromised his vote?

It is not the same with Presidential elections when there are more than two choices, and Ron Paul has seemingly always gone with the person he thought was the best candidate then, including Constitutionalist Chuck Baldwin in 2008, knowing that would further alienate him from the Republican party and decrease his chances this year. I think that is admirable.

OK, I got the link to work, thanks, and read the article. One major difference I see between the endorsements Ron Paul has given to not-so-good people is that it seems he had a choice only between them and a Democrat. I assume he must have felt they were the best option under the circumstances.

As I wrote, I do not know enough about the circumstances of this "newt vote" to have an opinion. Thanks for the link but it does not work for me, says what was there isn't anymore.

I have a lot to do today, don't normally spend much time commenting on YouTube videos, so probably will not be back to this page to respond to anything that may be posted for at least several hours, if ever. Maybe the link will work later too.
