Since my turbo install, my LS1 gets a knock in what sounds like the passenger side head after it has been run hard a few times. It also sprays oil through the intake and gets really hot during this time. It only does this after it gets hammered on a bit and gets hot. If it is driven normally or just idling for a while, it won't do it. Could this just be an overheating problem or a loose rocker arm or am I looking at something more serious?
