Sorry about the low sound quality! Don't worry though, I'm just rambling about with whatever comes to mind. New here is player shadow and 3D paths! There are a lot of other new things too, but most are behind the carpet, in the code itself.
@airsofteer Exactly, the shadows are transparent circles projected in the gravity direction. I have so far not found a good way to cut the circle when it protrudes from the ground, which is why I said I was hoping to improve the shadow (though, the video is close to inaudible...)
So for the shadows, are you projecting to the surface via the direction of gravity, and then drawing the shadow normal to that? I noticed on the curved surfaces the shadow appeared to float off the ground, since the ground was dipping away.

@Edje1953 Lol, you're right I'm using minecraft textures, but the game is definetely not a minecraft clone :P It's more similar to mario galaxy
