I have been informed that some people viewing the DVD do not use the menu system properly and think that there are only 6 hand techniques shown on, is this the case 4 u. In the technique section there are 3 pages, under where it says menu there is an arrow, if you push that arrow it takes you to the next page then you can use the arrows to go forward and backward, where you will see routines in prone, supine, cupping and more hand techniques. Can you let me know if you have had this problem!

@ErrolLynch Do you make this yourself? we have a wonderful chinese store here in D.C. that I buy my supplies from, although I have to make simple stuff like 3-yellow powder and so forth. The first time I came in and gave them my ingredients lists they gave me the weirdest looks, I guess they don't get alot of American customers.

Also do you make your own liniments? If so, do you find more aged(alcohol based) liniments to work better than new ones?
