This was made in Blender 2.6. I was just fooling around with setting up a 3D-ish scene using 2D planes and the toon shading with edge outlining. A camera just pans and zooms and does a little rotation. This could just as easily been done in any of the versions of Blender 2.5 or even 2.4.
It is a poorly-done quickie, but it shows parallax, which is one of the things I was experimenting with.
